By inserting pins in the geometric pattern of holes, you can align your parts accurately in 15 degree increments in three separate areas. Two areas located on the bottom right and left are 90 degree arcs, and a center 360 degree arc with an additional 22.5 degree arc. Even a novice welder can tack together parts quickly and correctly, every time. There is no need to make and store custom fixtures for repeat jobs, its simple to replicate your setup. Recreating a setup is as easy as placing 4 pins in 4 holes. |
